Our aesthetics clinic offers a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments for the face and body, such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest standards of care and service.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years old or over. Before any treatment, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure that you are a suitable candidate for the selected procedure.

3. Consultation and Consent

All clients are required to have a consultation with one of our qualified practitioners prior to receiving any treatment. During the consultation, we will assess your medical history and suitability for the treatment, and explain the procedure and any potential risks and side effects. We will also obtain your consent for the treatment.

4. Payment

We accept payment by cash, credit card, or debit card. Payment is due in full at the time of the treatment. Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed treatments, except in cases where a client experiences a serious adverse reaction or if the treatment has not been performed to a satisfactory standard.

7. Results and Outcome

The results of our treatments may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, age, and lifestyle. We will do our best to achieve the desired outcome, but we cannot guarantee specific results.

8. Confidentiality

We take the privacy of our clients very seriously. We will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our services, and we will not disclose your information to third parties unless required by law.

9. Liability

Our practitioners are fully qualified and experienced, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure that our treatments are performed safely and to a high standard. However, we cannot accept liability for any adverse reactions or complications that may arise from the treatment.

11. Discount Codes

 

Discount Codes only apply to Store purchases and Bookings online only (Discounts are not applied to any subscription or booking plans). Any in-store purchases may not be subject to the online discount code.
